What this service is
We provide a virtual secretary and concierge service for individuals: diary, letters, appointments and calls, plus restaurant, hotel and travel bookings. The paid service is supplied by telephone. The price, what is included, and how to complain are set out in our Service terms.
We are not a firm of solicitors, and we are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or the Solicitors Regulation Authority. We do not give legal, tax, immigration or financial advice. If a matter needs regulated advice, we will say so and stop.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Write first to hello@privatesecretary.online with your name, the telephone number you called from, the date of the call, and what went wrong. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within 5 working days and to send a final response within 8 weeks.
If the complaint is about the phone-paid service and you are not satisfied with our final response, or 8 weeks have passed, you can refer it to the Communications Ombudsman. That scheme is free for consumers.
You can also contact the Phone-paid Services Authority about a premium-rate service, and the Information Commissioner’s Office about personal data. These routes do not remove any right to go to court.
