Virtual secretary and concierge · United Kingdom

Your virtual secretary. And your concierge.

PrivateSecre starts with the desk: your diary, your letters, your appointments and the calls you would rather not make. The same adviser also books the table, the hotel and the journey.

01 — How it works

Three steps, then it is handled

Secretary for the admin. Concierge when it is a booking.

  1. Someone writing a short note on a laptop
    01

    Tell us

The letter, the appointment, the form — or the table, hotel or journey.

  2. Two people agreeing a plan
    02

    We arrange it

An adviser drafts, calls and diaries it, or places the reservation if that is what you asked.

  3. A neatly made hotel bed
    03

    You are updated

We send the draft, the diary note, or the booking reference — and what is still open.

02 — Services

What we do

Secretarial admin first, then the bookings a concierge would take for you.

The secretary

  1. 01

    Diary and reminders

Appointments, deadlines and bookings kept in order, with a reminder before something is due.

  2. 02

    Letters and emails

Replies drafted in plain English, checked for tone, and ready for you to send.

  3. 03

    Appointments

GP, dental, salon and professional slots found, booked and written into your diary.

  4. 04

    Forms and applications

Household forms talked through section by section, so you know what to complete.

  5. 05

    Calls on your behalf

Clinics, councils, venues and providers contacted for you, with the outcome noted down.

  6. 06

    Follow-up and paperwork

Confirmations chased, enclosures checked, and a short list of what is still outstanding.

03 — About

Who we are

A virtual secretary for the admin, and a concierge when something needs booking.

A letter to answer, a form to finish, a dentist to book, a reminder before something is due. That is the secretary’s side, and it is where most calls begin.

When you also need a table, a hotel or a train, the same adviser switches to concierge and places the booking. We do not replace a solicitor or a financial adviser.

That is PrivateSecre. A virtual secretary and a concierge in one person — not a chatbot, and not a call-centre script.
